1. 30-Day Satisfaction Return Guarantee
At The Kilo Kings, we take immense pride in manufacturing, packaging, and shipping raw active bulk ingredients directly from our FDA-registered facility in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened, sealed 1kg ingredient bag within 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.
2. Dietary Safety & Open Bag Guidance
Because our products consist of 100% pure, raw dietary active compounds with zero chemical preservatives or binders, product safety and contamination prevention are our highest priorities.
Dietary Quality Policy:
Once an active 1kg bag safety seal has been opened or tampered with, it cannot be returned to our general inventory due to FDA sanitary clean-room regulations. However, if you believe you received a batch that does not meet our certified purity assay standards, please contact our quality desk immediately. We will initiate a formal lot verification and provide a replacement or full refund upon lab review.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged in transit, with a broken factory seal, or if an incorrect item was dispatched:
- Take a clear photograph of the damaged box or bag label.
- Contact our customer support desk within 7 days of delivery.
- We will immediately issue a pre-paid return shipping label (if necessary) and dispatch a brand new replacement bag within 24 business hours at zero cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for an unopened item, please follow these simple steps:
Email our support desk at [email protected]with your order number and item details.
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
Pack the unopened bag securely in a shipping box with your RMA number written clearly on the outside, and ship it to our laboratory return facility.
5. Refund Issuance & Processing
Once your returned parcel is received and inspected by our intake team, we will send an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed immediately back to the original credit card or payment method used during checkout (processed securely via Stripe under statement descriptor THEKILOKINGS.COM).
Note: Refunds typically appear on your banking statement within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a facility error or carrier damage.
